The District Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of all clubs in your district, with key metrics and performance indicators.
How to Access¶
- Sign in with district officer credentials
- Navigate to District > Dashboard
- View the district overview
Dashboard Sections¶
District Overview¶
High-level metrics:
- Total clubs
- Total members
- Active clubs
- Growth metrics
Club Performance¶
See each club's status:
- Club name and number
- Membership count
- Meeting activity
- DCP/Goals progress
Membership Trends¶
Track membership across the district:
- Total membership trend
- New members
- Renewals
- Net growth/decline
Education Achievement¶
District-wide education metrics:
- Pathway completions
- Educational achievements
- Top performing clubs
Filtering and Sorting¶
By Area/Division¶
Filter by geographic structure:
- View specific divisions
- Drill down to areas
- Individual clubs
By Performance¶
Filter by club health:
- Distinguished clubs
- At-risk clubs
- New clubs
- Suspended clubs
Time Period¶
Select the reporting period:
- Current month
- Current quarter
- Toastmasters year
