Overview

Upload, download, and manage district data including club information, officer rosters, and reporting data.

How to Access

  1. Navigate to District > Data Management
  2. Choose import or export options
  3. Follow the appropriate workflow

Importing Data

Club Data Import

Import club information:

  1. Download the import template
  2. Fill in club data
  3. Upload the completed file
  4. Review and confirm import

Officer Data Import

Import officer assignments:

  1. Get officer data from TI or district records
  2. Format according to template
  3. Upload and map fields
  4. Verify assignments

Bulk Updates

Update multiple records:

  1. Export current data
  2. Make changes in spreadsheet
  3. Re-import updated data
  4. Review changes

Exporting Data

Club Directory

Export club information:

  • Club names and numbers
  • Meeting locations and times
  • Officer contact information
  • Club status

Officer Reports

Generate officer lists:

  • By role across district
  • By club
  • By division/area

Training Reports

Export training completion:

  • COT completion status
  • Attendance records
  • Historical data

  • CSV (Comma-Separated Values)

  • PDF (export only)

Data Quality

Validation

System checks for:

  • Required fields

  • Re-import corrected data

  • Use templates to ensure correct formatting

Common Questions

How often should I sync data?

At minimum monthly, or after significant changes.

What if import fails?

Review the error report, correct issues, and retry. Contact support for persistent problems.

Can I undo an import?

Contact support for rollback assistance if needed.
