Overview

The Club Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your club's health and performance through key metrics, charts, and insights.

How to Access

  1. Sign in as a club officer
  2. Navigate to Analytics or Dashboard in the sidebar
  3. View the dashboard overview

Dashboard Sections

Membership Overview

Key membership metrics:

  • Total Members - Current active membership count
  • New Members - Members joined this period
  • Retention Rate - Percentage of members renewing
  • Trend - Membership growth/decline over time

Meeting Statistics

Meeting performance:

  • Meetings Held - Count for current period
  • Average Attendance - Typical meeting attendance
  • Role Fill Rate - Percentage of roles filled
  • Guest Visits - Number of guests attending

Engagement Metrics

Member participation:

  • Active Members - Members participating regularly
  • Speech Count - Total speeches this period
  • Evaluations Given - Evaluation activity
  • Participation Trend - Engagement over time

Education Progress

Pathway achievements:

  • Levels Completed - This period
  • Projects Completed - Total project completions
  • Active Pathways - Members actively progressing
  • Achievement Rate - Completion metrics
