Overview

Activity tracking helps you monitor member participation, identify engagement patterns, and ensure all members get fair opportunities.

How to Access

  1. Navigate to Education > Activity or Participation
  2. View the activity dashboard
  3. Filter by date range, member, or activity type

Activity Metrics

Attendance

Track meeting attendance:

  • Total meetings attended
  • Attendance rate (%)
  • Recent attendance trend
  • Consecutive meetings attended/missed

Role Participation

Monitor role fulfillment:

  • Total roles filled
  • Roles by type (speaking, functionary, evaluator)
  • Recent role activity
  • Role diversity score

Speaking Activity

Track prepared speeches:

  • Total speeches given
  • Speech projects completed
  • Average speech frequency
  • Time since last speech
