Overview

Import your club's speech and role history from EasySpeak into ToastHost. This brings over historical participation data so members can see their past activity without starting from scratch.

What Gets Imported

• Speech history — past speeches and speech titles
• Role assignments — historical role participation (e.g., Timer, Grammarian, Evaluator)
• Meeting participation — records of which meetings members attended and participated in

How to Import

1. Go to Club Setup > Import Data
2. Select EasySpeak as the import source
3. Upload your EasySpeak data file
4. Review the import preview
5. Confirm and import

Verifying Imported Data

After import, check the following:

• Review Role History to confirm role assignments imported correctly
• Check Activity Tracking for participation records
• Spot-check a few members' histories for accuracy

Tips

• Back up your EasySpeak data before starting
• Import once and verify — avoid duplicate imports
• If some records don't import, check the error report for formatting issues
