Overview¶

The Pathways Chart provides a visual overview of all club members' education progress in the Pathways program.

How to Access¶

Navigate to Education > Pathways Chart in the sidebar
View the club-wide progress display
Filter and sort as needed

Understanding the Display¶

Member Progress Grid¶

See each member's status:

Member name
Enrolled pathway
Current level
Projects completed
Progress indicator

Progress Indicators¶

Visual markers show:

Level completed (checkmark)
In progress (partial fill)
Not started (empty)

Pathway Distribution¶

See which pathways your club members have chosen:

Pathway names
Number of members per pathway
Most/least popular pathways

Filtering and Sorting¶

By Pathway - Show only specific pathways
By Level - Show members at certain levels
By Status - Active, close to completion, etc.

Sort Options¶

By member name
By progress level
By recent activity

Using the Chart¶

Identifying Achievements¶

Find members who:

Recently completed a level
Are close to completing a level
Have finished their pathway

Planning Opportunities¶

Use the chart to:

Match speaking requests to pathway needs
Identify project types needed
Plan diverse meeting content

Reporting¶

Export data for:

Club reports
District submissions
Recognition programs

Tips¶

Review the chart at least monthly
Celebrate member achievements publicly
Help members stuck at certain levels
Track trends over time

Common Questions¶

How is progress tracked?¶

Members update their progress, or VPE updates based on Base Camp records.

What if someone changes pathways?¶

Their new pathway shows; historical progress may be preserved.

Can I see detailed project completion?¶

Click on a member to see individual progress.
