Overview¶
After a meeting ends, you can view voting results, feedback collected, and other meeting outcomes.

Accessing Results¶
- Navigate to the meeting
- Click Results or scroll to the results section
- View available data
Voting Results¶
Best Speaker¶
See the results of the Best Speaker vote:
- Winner
- Vote counts (if displayed)
- Participation rate
Best Evaluator¶
View Best Evaluator voting results.
Best Table Topics¶
See who won the impromptu speaking award.
Displaying Results¶
Options for sharing results:
- Show during meeting closing
- Display on screen (for in-person meetings)
- Send via email after meeting
Feedback Review¶
Speaker Feedback¶
View feedback submitted for each speaker:
- Individual feedback entries
- Aggregated insights
- Distribution to speakers
Sending Feedback¶
Distribute feedback to speakers:
- Review collected feedback
- Click Send to Speakers
- Each speaker receives their feedback via email
Attendance Records¶
Track who attended:
- Member attendance
- Guest attendance
- Role fulfillment
Archiving Meetings¶
After reviewing results:
- Verify all data is complete
- Click Archive Meeting
- Meeting is preserved in history
Tips¶
- Review results promptly after meetings
- Send feedback to speakers within 24 hours
- Use attendance data for activity tracking
- Keep archived meetings for club records
Common Questions¶
Can speakers see all feedback?¶
Only their own feedback, unless your club configures otherwise.
How long are results stored?¶
Results are kept indefinitely in meeting archives.
Can I change results after the meeting?¶
Contact support for any corrections needed.
