Sharing Meetings

ToastHost provides a few ways to share meeting info with guests and potential members.

Use Smart QR when you want a link/QR that always routes guests to the most relevant meeting:

  • If a meeting is in progress, it routes to that meeting
  • Otherwise, it routes to the next scheduled meeting

  1. Click Share Meeting on the club’s Meetings page to open the share dialog.

You can also open the share dialog from inside a specific meeting.

  • Smart QR (Recommended): QR routes to the in-progress meeting or next scheduled meeting.
  • This meeting QR: QR always opens the specific meeting you’re viewing.
  • Copy Link: copies a link to the specific meeting you’re viewing.

Tip

For posters, flyers, or reusable printed material, use Smart QR from the club Meetings page.

ToastHost also provides two club-wide public links you can share at any time.

Add Links On The Meeting Page

If you want guests to see links (Zoom/Google Meet, registration forms, etc.) directly on the meeting page, add them from the meeting’s Links tab.
