Overview

ToastHost supports online payment of membership dues via Stripe. This makes it convenient to pay your club fees securely with a credit or debit card.

How to Pay Your Dues

Step 1: Access Payment

When dues are due, you may:

  • Receive an email notification with a payment link
  • See a payment prompt on your dashboard
  • Find the Pay Dues option in your profile

Step 2: Review Amount

Before paying, review:

  • The amount due
  • What the payment covers
  • Any payment deadline

Step 3: Complete Payment

  1. Click Pay Now or Pay Dues
  2. Enter your card details on the secure Stripe form
  3. Click Pay to complete the transaction

Step 4: Confirmation

You'll receive:

  • On-screen confirmation
  • Email receipt
  • Updated payment status in ToastHost

Payment Security

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Your card details are never stored in ToastHost
  • Transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant

Tips

  • Pay early to avoid reminders
  • Keep your payment confirmation email for your records
  • Contact your treasurer if you have questions about the amount

Common Questions

What payment methods are accepted?

Stripe accepts major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.).

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Contact your club treasurer for alternative payment arrangements.

How do I get a receipt?

Stripe automatically sends a receipt to your email. You can also find transaction history in your ToastHost account.

What if my payment fails?

Check that your card details are correct and that you have sufficient funds. Contact your treasurer if issues persist.
